By purchasing a gift subscription, the 1st order of undies will be processed immediately. If you'd like to keep the 1st order a surprise, make sure to put your address for shipping at checkout. Once you gift them their first bag, you can change the address (if needed) on the subscription within your account.

No worries! We can easily adjust the size and/or style of her bag. Just have her reach out to our Care Team so we can make the adjustment.

Absolutely! She will just need to reach out to our Care Team so we can add the item for her. We will charge the card that was used for the Gift Subscription unless she changes it within her account.

Within her customer portal we have a tab called Collection, 48 hours before the 1st of the month we release the new collection. She can view all the details here. We also post photos of the collection on Instagram, @bootaybag

As her first shipment is sent immediately, you'll want to choose which address you want it sent to according to when you are giving the gift! Most 1st orders are delivered within 13 days. Based on when you are gifting if we need to change the address for future orders, the address can always be changed within her customer portal.

We recommend putting your email address to start. An order confirmation is sent and if you are gifting the subscription we don’t want to ruin the surprise! Once you have given her the gift, she can update her email address within her customer portal.

Since the gift subscription is a one time purchase, it will show as cancelled because we won’t be renewing the charge. All the months that were paid for will still be sent out and you can see this via the Future Orders tab.

Our Fit Guarantee has her covered. Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns. We are more than happy to get her taken care of if she is not 100% satisfied with a product she receives. Just let us know within 60 days.
