Try it. Style It. Love it. If not, let us know within 60 days and we’ll find you something new to love. Whether that means a replacement or finding something new, we’ll always do our best to take care of our babes.
When Will I Receive my First Bag?

Generally in 7-10 business days once shipped.
If you are signing up as a member between the 1st-4th, we will start packing your bag with our current monthly subscribers on the 5th. Orders typically leave BB HQ within 3 business days of the 5th and we will send you a tracking link once shipped.
If you are signing up as a member after the 5th, your order will be packed and shipped out within 3 business days.
Keep in mind, your next bag will process on the 5th of the following month regardless of first purchase date.
Can I Customize my Subscription?

You are able to customize your subscription based on your preferences each month.
Want to try a new style or size? Need more undies this month? Wanting to take a break by skipping an order? Simply log in and edit your subscription under the Subscription tab. Just make sure any changes are made by the 4th!
General Shipping Info

After monthly processing, we take 2-3 days to pack all orders. Once shipped, we will notify you via email. You can log into your account to see up to date tracking of your bag. Most orders arrive within 10 days after being shipped.

Exclusive access to new styles, discounts and our Fit Guarantee are a few perks our members have.
You’ll be the first to know when we drop new collections or limited edition items. Once subscribed, you will receive discounts on all purchases (plus additional discounts throughout the year). Lastly, Try it. Style It. Love it. If not, our Fit Guarantee has you covered. Just let us know within 60 days and we’ll find you something new to love.
Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your products from BootayBag. While we don't accept returns due to the intimate nature of our products, members are covered with our Fit Guarantee. Just reach out to our Care Team for help.
