What can I do in my account?
Your account gives you the ability to manage and customize your subscription. Once you log in, you can view your upcoming order and add items from our new collection after the styles drop on the 1st. You can also make updates to personal information like mailing address, billing, etc.
What email do I use for my log in?
The email for your log in is the same one we send your order confirmations too. This may be different than the one you receive promotional emails from us depending on which email you used during checkout. If you need help changing the email on your account please reach out to Customer Care.
What do I do if I'm having trouble logging in?
We are here to help. First try clicking the "Create account" button and follow the prompts. While you have a subscription, log ins aren't created automatically and you may not have one set up yet. If you are still having trouble, follow the prompts once you select "Forgot Password". Still no luck? Reach out to our Care Team and we will get you taken care of.
Why does it say I don't have an account?
Easy fix! It simply means a password wasn't created for your account. You still have a subscription but need to set up your log in. Click "Create account" and use the email address associated with your subscription.
