BootayBag is a monthly recurring subscription for women that allows you to cater your preferences to best fit your personal underwear needs. A standard account will be set up on a monthly recurring billing cycle where you will receive two pairs of undies for a flat rate of $12 (free shipping in US). However, you can adjust your account to "bi-monthly" or whatever works best for you.

It's simple;just follow the steps below to get started:

1. Select your style preference "mix it up" (combo), "never thongs", or "always thongs"

2. Select your size: small, medium, large (XS and XL coming soon!)

3. Add any extras to your bag (maybe a bralette!)

4. Enter the address you wish to ship to as well as the billing information

5. Wait for your BootayBag to arrive

You will get your choice of either two thongs, two fuller coverage undies, or the "mix it up," which is a combination of the two. You can see previews of the month's undies on Instagram, Facebook and our website.

• Mix It Up: A combo of the monthly cheeky panties and thongs, this is for the girl who likes any kind of panty and isn’t afraid to branch out. But don’t worry, we will never surprise you with granny panties!

• Always Thongs: Self explanatory right, only thongs… any kind of thong but only thongs! You might be our wild one…

• Never Thongs: Full coverage, sexy, but still comfortable!

Since our monthly stock is pre-ordered we cannot take style, color, or fabric requests. We pre-pick undies based on your style preference and send you that choice for the month. However, you can follow our social media to see which undies will be in that month’s shipment. If you don’t like the options for the upcoming month, you can either "skip" the month or "switch" your style preference.

All orders must be placed on or before the 15th of every month to receive a bag for that month. If the order is placed after, you will receive your bag the following month.

For example, if you placed an order on April 17th your order would be considered a May BootayBag and will ship with the May orders. However, you won't be charged again until June 15th. That package will ship that same week. If you were to look at your delivery schedule, it will read that June will be the first skippable month.

Shipping typically starts on the 16th of every month. Due to high volume, packages can take up to two weeks to be packaged. You will receive a tracking email when it ships.

Nope! All orders are delivered by USPS and do not require a signature. You can track your order with the tracking number that will be sent out to you on shipment day.

Shipping is free in the US.

International shipments will be charged a $10 USD flat rate per order.

Yes! But, we do charge a flat rate of $10 for international shipping.

There are no membership or cancellation fees. However, cancellations must be completed on or before the 14th of the month. 

You will be billed on the 15th of each month.

The recurring payment is $12 a month.

BootayBag is a recurring subscription that will charge $12 each month, unless you skip or cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month.

Yes, you can skip months. If you would like to "skip" a month you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click "skip a month", then click "skip this delivery" next to the month you wish to skip.

We hate to see you leave but you can cancel your account any time before the 14th of the next shipment month.

The delivery schedule is where you can see your scheduled deliveries.

In the delivery schedule section of your account you will not see your first month listed.

This is because you have already prepaid for your first month and cannot skip until the following month.

In order to create a customer account, please select " Your Account" from our homepage and then select "Create Account" next to "Login". This will allow you to skip months, change your credit card information, update your address, and adjust your size and style preference.

It is likely that upon first subscribing with BootayBag, you checked out as a "guest" instead of creating an account. To log in, you will need to associate your guest subscription with an account. To do so, please see " How do I create a customer account?" or, use the link: https://bootaybag.store/account/register

Please use the same email address used when originally subscribing. 

To change your preferences, please log into your account and select from the list of options on the left hand side. Here, you can skip orders, update your address or credit card information and adjust your style and size preferences.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account then click on "subscriptions" and then "cancel subscription" on the right hand side.

If that didn’t work, please try the steps below: 

You can cancel your subscription with us by first “creating” an account and then logging in to cancel. Almost always, customers checkout as guests rather than creating an account first.

Use the right hand side of the website with the same email address you used when you originally subscribed. 

Then log into your account and you cancel from there.

Click on "subscriptions"  and then press "Cancel Subscription”. 

All sales are final and nonrefundable; even if they have yet to ship. However, your feedback is important to us, if you are having any issues please let us know.

Step 4: Air dry or use the "Low Heat" dryer cycle

Quick Tip #1: Washing your undies separately will help avoid snags and general wear and tear

Quick Tip #2: Try to avoid using fabric softener as it is a skin irritant and will encourage deterioration 

Yes! BootayBag is a very philanthropic company. For each post on Instagram using our hashtag #undermatters, BootayBag will donate 1$ to the Melanoma Research Foundation.  In addition, to this yearly contribution, you can often find us donating to other worthy causes like Breast Cancer awareness, the ASPCA and various women's and children's organizations.
